After investing in short-term rentals, Connie and Marvin became frustrated with the lack of options, outdated marketing efforts, high fees and impersonal service traditional and STR managers had to offer.

Why didn’t research and performance expectations line up with what PM’s were saying.

If only there was a company that would put in the work and take advantage of all the marketing opportunities! A company that offered to accommodate “Cart” type services. One that didn’t charge ridiculous fees. If only there was a company that would also help walk us through the stages of preparing our properties for rental and be as committed to providing guests the service we want them to have!  We couldn’t find it … so we created it!
